Wrestling Power Rankings 7/14/18

Catching up with these power rankings has been extremely difficult, but I'm doing what I can and I hope to catch up very soon. Let's get started. Raw:  10. Alexa Bliss (Last Week: 9, Weeks in Rankings: 4, Peak: 8) 9. Bobby Lashley (Last Week: 10, Weeks in Rankings: 4, Peak: 90) 8. The B Team (Last Week: 8, Weeks in Rankings: 3, Peak: 8) 7. Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre 1/1 (Last Week: 7, Weeks in Rankings: 5, Peak: 7)- McIntyre finally got the main roster showcase he deserved in his match against Rollins. Yes, Rollins can have a good match with anyone, but I think it's clear to anyone who saw this match that McIntyre is also a very capable wrestler. 6. Finn Balor 4 (Last Week: 5, Weeks in Rankings: 51, Peak: 2) 5. Roman Reigns 8 (Last Week: 6, Weeks in Rankings: 64, Peak: 1) 4. Seth Rollins 14 (Last Week: 4, Weeks in Rankings: 65, Peak: 1) 3. The Deleters of Worlds 3/1 (Last Week: 3, Weeks in Rankings: 19/14, Peak: ...

Wrestling Power Rankings 7/7/18

I know this currently isn't covered in the rankings, but I'm watching the G1 Climax and I am absolutely loving it. I've been watching every single show (I'm on Night 12 right now) and this is the most fun I've had watching wrestling in a while. If you completely skipped over it, be sure to go back and at least check out some of the top matches such as Kenny Omega and Tetsuya Naito & Hirooki Goto and Tomohiro Ishii. Let's get started. Raw: Any goodwill that Dr. Shelby had with the WWE universe has now completely evaporated. 10. Bobby Lashley (Last Week: 10, Weeks in Rankings: 3, Peak: 10) 9. Alexa Bliss (Last Week: 9, Weeks in Rankings: 3, Peak: 8) 8. The B Team (Last Week: 8, Weeks in Rankings: 2, Peak: 8) 7. Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre 1/0(Last Week: 7, Weeks in Rankings: 4, Peak: 7) 6.  Roman Reigns  8 (Last Week: 5, Weeks in Rankings: 63, Peak: 1)- This was an utterly unremarkable episode of Raw but we have to give credit to Roman for w...

Wrestling Power Rankings 6/30/18

Finally, the last power rankings of June 2018. I'm going to do my very best to finish all of the July posts by this time next week. Let's get started. Raw: The best part of this episode of Raw was Bayley finally snapping and attacking Sasha Banks, however that momentum immediately dissipated once Kurt Angle disciplined her. Between this and the Braun/KO feud, Angle has been absolutely awful as a GM (in kayfabe of course). 10. Bobby Lashley (Last Week: 10, Weeks in Rankings: 2, Peak: 10) 9. Alexa Bliss (Last Week: 8, Weeks in Rankings: 2, Peak: 8) 8. The B Team (Last Week: NR, Weeks in Rankings: 1, Peak: 8) 7. Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre 1/0(Last Week: 7, Weeks in Rankings: 3, Peak: 7)- With Ziggler being absolutely irrelevant for more than a year, we've forgotten just how talented he is in the ring. The two-time World Heavyweight Champion gave us all a reminder with that dazzling performance against Seth Rollins in a match that went about half an hour. 6...

Wrestling Power Rankings 6/23/18

I believe it will take me at least two weeks to catch up on the power rankings and in wrestling in general. Can I meet that goal? Tune in to find out. Let's get started. Raw:  Despite Ronda Rousey absolutely killing it this week, we had to drop her from the rankings due to her month-long suspension. Any extended time away from the product means we have to drop the wrestler. Sorry folks, that's just how it works. 10. Bobby Lashley (Last Week: NR, Weeks in Rankings: 1, Peak: 10)- Thank god that Lashley/Zayn feud is finally over. 9. Nia Jax (Last Week: 7, Weeks in Rankings: 11, Peak: 6) 8. Alexa Bliss (Last Week: NR, Weeks in Rankings: 1, Peak: 8)- Alexa had a great promo on Raw. Plus, her cash-in moment was genuinely great. 7. Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre (Last Week: 10, Weeks in Rankings: 2, Peak: 7)- In an absolute shocker of a moment, Ziggler is the new IC champ. 6. Finn Balor 4 (Last Week: 5, Weeks in Rankings: 48, Peak: 2) 5. Roman Reigns ...
